Manufacturing period before delivery 

We attach a particular attention to our products’ quality. That’s why our production is limited in number. The Metal Sounds instruments are made on order and there’s a waiting list. For the moment the average waiting time from the order to the delivery is around 10/12 months. This period starts as soon as the payment is done.

We will ship your order 48h after your delivery adress confirmation.

Delivery and return

General

We ship any orders all over the world thanks to “Colissimo Expert International”, the french post service. If your country doesn’t appear in the country list, please contact us.

Products are delivered to the shipping adress you’ve mentionned when the order is placed. Considering the waiting period from the order to the delivery we generally ask for the customer confirmation before shipping an order. Metal Sounds is not responsable of any shipping or delivery issue or delay. However we’ll do our best to find out and solve the issue.

Delivery issues

Any delivery issues (missing product, damaged pack, broken items...) must be noted and a reservation must be done to the postman. If the normal reservation process is not done the claiming will be rejected. The customer must send a letter, or an email, with a copy of the reservation, in a 7 open days period. Any claiming made out of dates will be rejected.

Periods and costs

- Orders treatment: 48h

- Orders delivery: D+2 for France, D+3 to D+8 for International. These periods are only indicative.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
The shipping costs are free for any order over 150 euros (for France only).
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
