After-Sale Support

Our workshop, in the South of France, proposes an efficient and reliable after-sale support. Beyond our instruments quality, we want to offer a conscientous and reactive follow-up of your purchase. It’s an essential service for the maintenance of Spacedrums and Steeldrums in the best conditions.

For any tuning and/or repairing intervention, please send us an email on Before shipping your instrument you will receive a quotation that has to be validated by you. We will also communicate a return date for your instrument. We try not to exceed 45 days of wait for the after-sale support.


The parcel must contain an “after-sale formulary”, sent by email from us and completed by you. Without this document we won’t be able to take care of your instrument.

Your instrument must be shipped in its original packaging. Metal Sounds is not responsible for the damages caused by the carrier during the shipment.

The shipping costs (return, round trip) must be paid by the customer (except for particular situations like a full warranty coverage.

IMPORTANT: For the shipments coming from outside the European Union you must declare the parcel as an “after-sale service product” (with no value) to avoid the customs taxes. If METAL SOUNDS is asked for paying customs taxes, then the parcel will be refused and returned to the recipient.

BEWARE: no instrument must be sent to our workshop without the prior METAL SOUNDS authorization.
