One of Handpan's first methods in book + DVD, this pedagogical work is the result of Loris Lombardo's career in handpan practice and traditional percussions.

A beginner to intermediate method where you will find explanations on the instrument, the main scales used on the 8 or 9 note handpan and a whole progressive pedagogical course, from basic to more advanced concepts. This 160-page teaching method is also designed for those who can not read music, guiding the player step by step.

Each exercise is repeated on the DVD, first very slowly, then is developed quickly. At the end of the method an opening to the world of ethnic rather original musics is proposed with the application to the handpan of traditional rhythms.
